History

We are in the market since 1994, and from the beginning of our operations, "Unique Trade Company" has been focused on the building of long-term and mutually beneficial partnerships with their clients.

The main activity is the import and sales of high quality and highly reliable automotive spare parts and lubricants. For today, "Unique Trade Company" is the largest supplier of automotive components in the south-east of Ukraine.

The company’s brand portfolio includes more than 40 officially imported trademarks, with more than 40,000 types of products from the world's leading manufacturers of automobile components, many of them are recognized leaders in the supply to conveyors of automotive manufacturers.

The structure of the company includes branches in Nikolayev and Odessa, as well as the company retail store selling auto spare parts and liquids.

The warehouse of "Unique Trade Company" is equipped with modern technological equipment and meets all requirements of logistics management:

The basic stages of “Unique Trade Company” development:

1994 - Foundation of "Unique Trade Company" and opening the first retail store.

1995 - Opening of the two new retail stores, building retail network.

1998 - The beginning of wholesales.

2003 - The opening of the spare parts shop «Champion» - the largest auto parts shop in Nikolaev.

2004 - The opening of the new warehouse

2006

• Refocusing to wholesales as the main activity
• Organization of the new structural division responsible for work with service centers, the launching the special program for service centers;

2007 - The opening of the branch in Odessa.

2009 

• The opening of the new warehouse complex in Nikolaev.
• The new branch formation in Nikolaev.

2010:

• Starting of construction of the new offices;
• Extending of the company’s brand portfolio with three new officially imported trademarks;

2011:

• Starting building a new warehouse complex. Extending of existing warehouse areas.
• Starting cooperation with new suppliers of auto spare parts.
• Launching of the web site with possibility of formation of online orders.
• The opening of the branch in Zaporozhye.
